41-year-old William Henry James, Jr. is accused of going into the Food Lion in the 1500 block of Holland Road Tuesday evening and stealing eight bags of shrimp.
The suspect was later found leaving the Happy Shopper store on the same block. As police were trying to arrest him, James ran through traffic on Holland Road. Police used a stun gun to apprehend him.
